Armada Capital Partners is a privately held real estate investment firm based in Dallas, TX focused on acquiring opportunistic and value add properties across the country. The firm primarily looks to acquire single-tenant industrial and single-tenant retail properties in top growth markets. Our strategic approach to building relationships with tenants has yielded opportunities to acquire both cash flowing assets and ground up development projects. Site Selection

In collaboration with our national broker network, we identify “off-market” properties and move expeditiously to secure viable sites.

Entitlements and
Pre-development

As one of the most critical stages of development, we strategically hire local vendors and are keenly sensitive to the idiosyncratic nature of governmental agencies in an effort to achieve optimal outcomes.

As a real estate investor, we are an integral part of the operations and have clear visibility into the tenant’s performance. Our creative capital structure allows us to be a true partner with our tenants and thus create real alignment of interests as both a landlord and an equity partner within the “4-walls”.
