Jesus has been a principal with several DFW based real estate sponsors for the past 15 years. He most recently founded and led a retail platform over the course of 10 years that acquired approximately 245 assets (representing just under $900M) across the country. Jesus has focused on high growth markets in the Sunbelt and has developed a strong network of brokers and advocates that have enabled him to source off-market deals. Most recently he was an advisor to Crexi, a $500M CRE technology startup that has disrupted the online property marketplaces (LoopNet and Auction.com).

As the product of an immigrant entrepreneur that exposed him to the retail and industrial sectors, Jesus uniquely combines his ‘street’ knowledge with an academic pedigree from Jesuit College Prep and Duke University. Jesus has been a strong supporter of several charitable organizations that focus on low-income childhood education.

Matt Ornstein focuses on sourcing, structuring and underwriting investment opportunities for Armada and has been with the company since its inception. Matt most recently served as a Development Associate for Hoque Global, helping to underwrite and entitle over $900 million of ground up mixed-use real estate development in Downtown Dallas. Prior to Hoque Global, Matt was an Acquisition’s Analyst at HealthCap Partners, which focused on medical real estate investment opportunities that included both acquisitions, build-to-suits and sale-leasebacks.

Matt has held positions in real estate brokerage, investment, development, and operations. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from St. Edward’s University in Austin, TX

Brandon joined Armada in early 2026, focused on sourcing, underwriting and executing industrial acquisitions with an emphasis on industrial outdoor storage assets. Prior to Armada, Brandon worked at CBRE, where he managed nationwide real estate transactions for Chevron’s Renewables Division, overseeing more than 60 compressed natural gas and hydrogen fueling station assets. He previously supported Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare’s national real estate portfolio, including hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers and outpatient facilities. Throughout his career, he has negotiated complex lease and purchase agreements and advised corporate and healthcare clients on acquisition strategy, portfolio optimization and site selection. Brandon earned his Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Indiana Tech in Fort Wayne, Indiana. A former collegiate baseball player there, he went on to serve as Graduate Assistant Baseball Coach for the program.

Allison joined Armada in 2026 as Director of Asset Management, bringing over 20 years of real estate experience with a focus on multi-family value-add operations, most recently at Wyeth Property Management. Allison draws on her residential background to bring a client-first, hands-on approach to asset management in the commercial space. She is committed to identifying and implementing technology solutions including utilizing AI based tools to reduce and automate complex processes to strengthen the management and protection of physical assets.

Allison graduated Magna Cum Laude from Arizona State University and has served on the boards of multiple property owners’ associations, schools and youth organizations.
